Privacy
Your information, in plain words.
What we collect on this website, why we collect it, who helps us, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Effective date: October 2026
Who we are
This website, brandimarteco.com, is run by Brandimarte & Co. LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. When this page says "we," "us," or "our," it means Brandimarte & Co. LLC. You can reach us about anything on this page at info@brandimarteco.com.
This page covers this website and the contact form on it. Work we do for clients is covered by the written agreement we sign with each client.
What we collect
What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your business name if you give it, the topic you pick, and your message. If you email us, we receive your email and anything in it.
Where you came from. The contact form also records the page on our site you came from. When we run online ads or campaigns, the form also records the campaign that brought you to us. That comes from short labels in the link you clicked (often called UTM tags) and, for Google ads, the click code Google adds to the link (called a Google click ID). We use this only to learn which of our marketing works.
Visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It does not use cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and does not build a profile of you. It shows us totals, not names.
Spam check. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it. Turnstile looks at basic signals from your browser and device to tell people from bots. Cloudflare says it does not use this information to target ads.
Ad results. When we run Google ads, our site uses the Google Ads conversion tag. It tells Google when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to send the contact form, so we can see which ads work. To do this, Google may set or read cookies in your browser and may receive information such as your IP address and the page you are on. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy. You can read how Google uses information from sites like ours at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Server records. Like most websites, our host, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived technical records, such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies
Our visit counts do not use cookies. Cloudflare may set a small cookie that is needed for security, for example to stop attacks on the site or to run the spam check. When we run Google ads, Google may set cookies to measure ad results, as described above. We do not use cookies to sell your information.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do.
How we use your information
- To read your message and reply to you.
- To keep a record of our conversation in our client system, so we can follow up and serve you well.
- To learn which pages, ads, and campaigns bring people to us, so we spend our marketing money wisely.
- To keep the site and the form safe from spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal, tax, and record keeping duties.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who helps us
We use a small number of companies to run the site and our business. They handle your information to provide their service to us.
- Cloudflare hosts this website, provides the cookieless visit counts, and runs the Turnstile spam check.
- SuiteDash is our client management system and client portal. Messages from the contact form, and the page and campaign they came from, are stored there so we can reply and keep track of the conversation.
- Google Workspace provides our email. If you write to us or we reply, those emails are stored with Google.
- Google Ads measures the results of our ads when we run them, as described above.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business. If that happens, this page will still apply to the information you gave us.
Your choices about ads and tracking
- Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.
- Google ad settings. You can turn off personalized ads from Google, and see what Google uses to show you ads, at adssettings.google.com.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of ad tracking, and where our setup allows, we do not load the Google Ads tag for that browser.
- Ask us. Email info@brandimarteco.com and we will stop using your information for ad measurement.
How long we keep it
If we do not end up working together, we keep your contact form message and related notes for up to two years after our last contact, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as we work together and after that for as long as tax, legal, and business record rules require, which is usually up to seven years.
Cloudflare visit counts are totals, not tied to you. Information Google collects through its ads tag is kept under Google's own policies.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Every page uses a secure connection, and we limit who can get into the tools we use. No website or system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, bank details, or other sensitive personal or financial details through the form.
Your rights, including in Colorado
You can ask us to:
- Tell you whether we hold personal information about you, and give you a copy.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your information.
- Stop using your information for targeted ads, sale, or profiling. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for profiling.
Colorado residents have these rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, and people in other states may have similar rights. We honor these requests for everyone, whether or not a law requires it.
To make a request, email info@brandimarteco.com and tell us what you would like. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, usually by replying from the email address we have on file. We will answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
If we say no to a request, we will tell you why. You can appeal by replying to our answer and asking us to look again. If you are not happy with the result of your appeal, you can contact the Colorado Attorney General.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this page
We may update this page when our tools or practices change. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If we make a big change in how we use your information, we will say so clearly on this page.
