About
An operator who has done this before.
Sworn to your company. So your business can run without you.
Founder
Gerard Brandimarte
Gerard is the founder of Brandimarte & Co. and leads the work.
3 turnarounds, 3 startups, one wind-down, one roll-up acquisition, one successful exit.
I have sat in every seat an owner sits in: building one, buying one, fixing one, selling one, and seeing one through the hard end.
Now I help owners build a business that runs without them.
Our name
Legend says our name comes from Brandimarte, the knight who stood at his friend's side to the end. That is the kind of loyalty we bring to an owner's company.
It is a story, not a claim about history.
Our faith
Brandimarte & Co. is a Christian-based company. We serve owners of every background, and we treat every owner and every crew with respect.
What we believe
- Adapt and overcome.
- We stay steady and positive under pressure, and we lift each other up.
- We came up from the field. Experience is earned, not handed out.
- Every number gets an owner. Every owner manages to numbers.
- It can run without you. We can get you there.
